Production Turnaround
Typical production time 5 to 10 business days plus shipping (except during periods of high volume, production time can extend up to 7-14 business days). If you have not received your shipping tracking number within 10 business days from the time of purchase, please feel free to contact us at your convenience to receive a status update.
Shipping
Standard Shipping Turnaround Time:
Domestic US: 1 to 7 business days (AK, HI, all others - 7 to 14 business days)
International: 5 to 10 business days or more via FedEx and USPS
Expedited shipping available for US Domestic - select at checkout.

We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure that all final prints and presentations arrive at their final destination as safe as possible. All products are shipped with tracking via USPS or FedEx, depending on the product and size. For oversized presentations that do not meet USPS or FedEx package requirements and require shipment by freight, our common carrier of choice is R&L Carriers. At our discretion, we may substitute FedEx Ground with either USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, as well may substitute FedEx Next Day or Second Day services with USPS Express Mail. If an optional shipping service is substituted, the expected delivery time will be maintained to ensure timely delivery. See FedEx Ground Service Map below for typical delivery days-in-transit.
Standard shipping for all items are shipped best method at our sole discretion via Fedex Ground, FedEx SmartPost, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail.
Expedited shipping methods including FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day, FedEx NextDay, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express are, in most cases, available for US Domestic shipments at an additional fee. Please be advised that not all USPS shipping options are guaranteed, unlike FedEx (except for Ground and Smart Post, which are not guaranteed).
In some cases, we may substitute your selected shipping method for a like-kind method offered by another carrier. In such cases, the estimated duration or days in transit will not change. For example, if you have selected "USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business day)", we may substitute this with expedited shipping via "FedEx Overnight" or "FedEx 2Day" services.
Our shipping carriers, FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS), ship to almost 100% of all locations worldwide. All orders must be shipped with one of our shipping carriers and a shipping service offered. We do not under any circumstance, ship any of our products with your own shipping method using an alternative carrier. If you are located internationally and require an alternative shipping carrier, we recommend that you research a freight forwarder. A freight forwarder would repackage and ship the product to you after our shipment is received at their Domestic US location. The sole exception to this policy is for "pickup" orders where the product(s) will be picked up at our location and the shipping cost will be fully refunded.
If your package arrives damaged and the contents possibly damaged, please note it with the delivery employee. Contact us to file a claim and to get the broken item replaced. Take pictures of the packaging and contents.
Once your package(s) has been tendered to and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, any additional fees or charges - including, but not limited to: duties, import fees, redelivery attempts, tariffs, taxes and VAT - are the responsibility of the importing party and/or ship-to recipient.
Shipping Insurance
All shipped items are insured for the order’s purchased value. Each shipping option includes insurance of the packaged contents already built into the price. In the rare occurrence that a package and its contents were to become lost or damaged while in transit and in the possession of the shipping carrier, please submit all claims to us directly (not the shipping carrier). If a claim is made, we will work in conjunction with the shipping carrier and claim adjusters to resolve the issue, with the sole remedy being an identical replacement product at no additional cost to the customer.
